Service Rendered Agreement

By Submitting 'Book Now' online from our site, or when you accept to Book Us by 'Email' or 'Phone/SMS Text', You Agree To This Agreement.

This Agreement is between the BOOKED CLIENT and Swedish-American Auto Spa and its owner.

Project Address: Customers Chosen Location as listed in the *Appointment booking.

The Agreement is dated *See date of Appointment booking.

Scope of Work:

1. Project Description: The Client is hiring the Swedish-American Auto Spa to do the following: ECO-Friendly Water-less or Water-based Car-wash and/or Interior Detailing and/or Headlight Restoration and/Or Paint Surface Light Scratch Removal.

2. Schedule: The project will begin on: *Clients Booked time. (Optional) and must be complete by *Estimated Service Time Set in Schedule with the exception of unforeseen circumstances or failure to meet payment requirements.

3. Prior to Swedish-American Auto Spa's arrival please remove all personal belongings, attachments and excessive trash from the interior, including but is not limited to; cargo area, trunk, center console, glove box, under seats, child restraint seat(s)- (we will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle), seat covers, sub-woofers, light bars, pet protectors, roof-box, bicycle roof-rack etc., (we will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle,) and any other compartment you want us to clean. If you would like these things cleaned under, please have them removed prior to your appointment. We will not clean the spare-tire area or the "frunk"-(Tesla's front cargo area) if not specifically asked for and the tire and tools/items have been removed (an extra fee will be added if Swedish-American Auto Spa has to remove it for you.)

4. Swedish-American Auto Spa's service times are estimates and may require more or less time to fulfill.

5. Swedish-American reserve the right to refuse a clients vehicle for any reason before or after it has been booked.
   

Payment Terms:

1. Payment Schedule:

   1. Flat Price: The Client will pay the Swedish-American Auto Spa The Set Price on *Booking and any additional *Add-ons chosen for the completion of the project after the booked service.

   2. Invoice: Invoices (if approved) will be sent out the day of service rendered or the following day depending on the time of day. Process invoice early to ensure timely payment within 15 days of receipt of the invoice, we will assess a finance charge of 1.5 percent a month or 18 percent per year on all late payments.

   3. Payment shall be made to the Swedish-American Auto Spa by either Cash, Card, Mobile Wallet. (Optional Upon Agreement) Swedish-American can send an invoice for each installment completion. If any invoice is not paid when due, this could result in suspension or termination of your account. If the Client fails to pay for the Services when due, the Swedish-American Auto Spa reserves the right to treat such failure as a breach of this Agreement. Any legal fees associated with such will be the Client’s responsibility.

   4. Invoices: Swedish-American Auto Spa will invoice the Client on the dates listed in the Payment Schedule section. The Client agrees to pay the invoice with the amount owed within 15 days.

   5. Late Payments: If the Client fails to pay the Swedish-American Auto Spa on time per agreed upon payment schedule, the Swedish-American Auto Spa may suspend future work until delinquent payments are brought current. If payments are delinquent for more than 15 days then the Client will be subjected to a late fee of 1.5% / month of the total amount.

   6. Late Payment Expenses: Client shall pay to the Swedish-American Auto Spa any expenses incurred by the Swedish-American Auto Spa in the provision of services under this Agreement, including, but not limited to; travel expenses, products & tools used, lost time, no later than 30 days after receipt is provided and you have been subject to late fees.

Change of Service:

1. Change of services are available up until the start of the service if enough time allows it in our scheduling. Client must contact me by text/call or email and request a change of service details, any price difference will be handled at that time. If the change lowers the already charged amount, a refund or adjustment will be submitted to the Client for the difference of the service costs. If the requested change requires additional cost, the payment must be completed after service rendered. All service changes must be completed prior to the start of scheduled services.

2. Additional charges apply for spot-polish, spot-cleaning of heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, personal item removal and steam cleaning (if required or wanted if not included in booked service and time allows it) due to the additional time it takes.
   

Cancellation & Wait Time Policy:

1. Swedish-American Auto Spa is a small independently run business and during busy periods appointments can be limited, Please note that once you have booked an appointment with Swedish-American Auto Spa, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Reminder email and/or text messages are sent out 1 day prior to the appointment. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, it takes up time that could have been filled by someone else, this is costly for a small business especially if we are already on route. However, Swedish-American Auto Spa do understand that emergencies or various other circumstances happens and you will have to cancel your booking. When that happens, please text/email Swedish-American Auto Spa or cancel online at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify me of any changes or cancellations, so I can adjust accordingly. If prior notification is not given it will result in a charge of; ($25 for service total of/under $100, or $50 for service total of/over, or $100 for service total of/over $300,) for the missed appointment.

2. No Show: Should the client show up late or fail to be present when we arrive, Swedish-American Auto Spa cannot wait longer than 15 min for the client to show up. After 15 min of waiting the appointment is considered a "No-Show" and counts as a late cancellation and the client will be charged the fee based on the service booked as mentioned above unless the client has contacted us about being late and we have agreed upon waiting.

3. Cancellation of Recurrent Services (Maintenance Details): Swedish-American Auto Spa charges clients for completed bookings after service rendered, so you can cancel at any given time by contacting Swedish-American Auto Spa by SMS text, email or online without worrying about getting refunds. However, please adhere to our "Cancellation & Wait Time Policy," to avoid any fees if an appointment is pending.

4. Partial Cancel or No show of a Vehicle in a multiple vehicles booking: If multiple vehicles are booked (e.g. 2 vehicles) and one vehicle either show up to late or not at all for the service booked and only one vehicle is being serviced, it will result in a late cancellation/No Show fee for the 2nd vehicle based on the service booked for the missing vehicle as mentioned above.

5. Cancellation due to weather: Weather plays a big role on when and where I can work being a mobile detailer. It is the clients responsibility to make sure ahead of time that the weather will be appropriate for outside work if there is no garage access. However, if the weather should change to bad, Swedish-American Auto Spa will reschedule your appointment. If the weather is moderately bad Swedish-American Auto Spa can still work on the interior regardless of weather, (unless it’s really really bad weather). Should you still opt for a cancellation vs. rescheduling the "late cancellation" fees applies.

6. Cancellation by Swedish-American Auto Spa: Swedish-American Auto Spa will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be notified and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control. Should Swedish-American Auto Spa need to cancel the appointment for any reason Swedish-American Auto Spa will work with the client to reschedule for next available time and will not charge a cancellation fee. Should you choose to cancel due to Swedish-American Auto Spa being late you can do so without being charged a cancellation fee.

Deposits:

1. Swedish-American Auto Spa reserves the right to charge a non-refundable deposit of ($25 for Clean/Protect Service, $50 for Clean/Enhance Protect Service, $100 for Clean/Protect/Correct Service,) before we accept a clients booking. If a deposit is charged it will go towards your total price for services rendered. It is not an additional fee. (e.g, if the total price is $300, and your deposit was $50, then at time of checkout, you’ll only pay $250.) Should you later cancel the appointment outside our cancellation policy no extra fees will be accrued due to the non-refundable deposit.

Refund Policy:

1. Services completed as described in this agreement are not subject to refunds. The Client will not be reimbursed for services cancelled once work has begun. All sales are final.

2. If there is probable and clear cause that Swedish-American Auto Spa did not fulfill the service as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, I will at my cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Work completed unsatisfactory to the Client may be refunded for up to 20% upon Client inspection directly after the service rendered if valid reasons for the unsatisfactory results are met and Swedish-American Auto Spa can’t complete the Service.

3. Warranty Policy: No refunds will be provided for work completed as described in this agreement. Services for work completed are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the day of service completion. This warranty does not apply to: (1.) *pre-existing conditions (2.) cosmetic damage (3.) damage by service of another Swedish-American Auto Spa (4.) damage done by Client.
   

Pre-existing Conditions:

1. It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection when the car is unwashed, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge, therefore should a Swedish-American Auto Spa find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken we will bring it to your attention, therefore you agree not to hold Swedish-American Auto Spa responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car. Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and marks, should Swedish-American Auto Spa find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however Swedish-American Auto Spa will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections. Swedish-American Auto Spa will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of. Polishing a vehicle of any age may result in more pre-existing defects being found than upon initial inspection. Swedish-American Auto Spa is not liable for any pre-existing damage on your vehicle.

2. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle.

3. Swedish-American Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse working on your vehicle if we find issues that would prevent us from completing the detail which may include a low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows that don’t roll down, any safety concerns such as any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let Swedish-American Auto Spa know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.

4. If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged according to our "Cancellation & Wait Time Policy."

Service Guarantee:

1. Swedish-American Auto Spa do not use harsh cleaning products on any interior or exterior areas. All of our products are car safe and do not chemically damage carpets, leather, vinyl, plastic, painted, clear coated, or chrome surfaces.

2. If there is probable and clear cause that Swedish-American Auto Spa did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.

3. Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without prior authorization from Swedish-American Auto Spa voids the Service Guarantee if a claim is to be made. Re-details, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.

4. Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical over-spray or any other hazardous materials voids Swedish-American Auto Spa's service guarantee. No refunds, re-details, or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.

5. Any claims must be made after the completion on the same day of the service by text,phone, email.

6. Pictures of the unsatisfactory portion of the service must be sent by MMS text or emailed to Swedish-American Auto Spa on the day of the service.

7. Coating warranty of the quality of the products as well as the work applied by Swedish-American Auto Spa and affiliates in the application of the Coating Product.

8. Coating Products have a duration of resistance which wears over time, known as the Product's Length of Protection. This varies dependent on which product has been used, in general brand coatings lifespan claim are: 9H - 4 years. 7H - 2.5 years. 5H - 1 year, this also varies on other factors such as; how much the car is washed, improper care, weather conditions etc.

9. If we have applied a ceramic coating to your vehicles paint, trim, wheels, or glass and you opt-out of our maintenance program to care for the coating we are no longer responsible for any premature coating failure. Please consider our maintenance details to ensure it’s durability.

10. Defects in the product itself shall be covered by the manufacturer warranty for their specified time period.

11. Defects or Damage caused by the Client or a third-party are not subject to warranty claims.

12. Damage caused by improper care or use of an automated washing location are not subject to warranty claims.

13. Damage caused by a traffic accident of any kind are not subject to warranty claims.

14. Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee.

15. We make no guarantees when it comes to the removal of stains and/or odors from vehicles. Please be aware that some upholstery and carpets are beyond cleaning and may not completely clean up as expected. Some stains are permanent. We may consult with you about what can and cannot be done in regard to your vehicle's interior. The headliner is gently cleaned, however there may be remaining stains. The glue used for headliners will start to release if cleaned more aggressively or with stronger cleaners. Please understand that headliners may not come completely clean due to this reason. If you choose to clean them at your own risk, they may look clean but will sag over time due to the glue being compromised.

16. Odor neutralization from (e.g, cigarette smoke will/can greatly increase the amount of time to properly clean and deodorize your cars interior. No single solution can completely remove the residual smell of cigarette smoke.)

17. Ozone-O3; The low level Ozone generators are safe to use while in the vehicle. It is NOT safe to be in the vehicle during an Ozone shock treatment. The Ozone levels during a shock treatment will be much higher than safe levels established by the EPA for human exposure. High ozone shock treatment or Ozone-O3 blasting is a process for removing unwanted odor, and killing mold, vermin and microorganisms in commercial and residential buildings and vehicles. O3 is colorless (or faintly blue), unstable (reactive), and water soluble gas having chlorine-like odor. Ozone, O3, is composed of three atoms of oxygen. Two atoms of oxygen form the basic oxygen molecule. The additional third atom makes ozone an unstable, highly reactive gas. The ozone layer in the upper atmosphere helps filter out damaging ultraviolet radiation from the sun, but Ozone in the air we breathe is irritate to the eye, nose, throat and lungs and can have a significant negative impact on health. Some people are more susceptible than others and may be more likely to experience adverse health effects. People at particular risk are children, the elderly and people with asthma. Exposure to ozone; Can cause eye, nose, throat and lung irritation, cough and shortness of breath. May exacerbate chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma. Is likely to increase hospital admissions and emergency room visits for respiratory disease. Can also adversely affect indoor plants, and damage materials such as rubber, electrical wire coatings, and fabrics if exposed for too long. Process: We thoroughly clean the vehicle and all trash and personal belongings needs to be removed, take everything out of the vehicle, including the spare tire. Anything left behind that could potentially be damaged or discolored by the ozone. High ozone shock treatment involves using an ozone generator with a timer to create lethal levels of ozone in an enclosed odor ridden or mold-affected vehicle, for a short period of time, between 10 min to several hours. For safety reasons, the affected area must be evacuated of people, animals and live plants or food for the duration of the exposure and for a long enough period afterwards to allow the ozone to safely dissipate. There might be a slight ozone smell afterwards but it is normal and will disappear completely after three or four days. If necessary, repeat the ozone shock treatment after airing out the vehicle. In most cases one session of ozone treatment is enough to remove the odor from the car. However, in certain cases, up to 3 sessions might be required to get the desired effect.

18. Any wax, sealant, or coating not properly cared for will not last it's intended durability length.

19. Pet hair and sand are two of the toughest items to remove from a vehicle with normal vacuuming. The removal of either element is not guaranteed with any of our services. However, on most occasions, we are successful in removing any visual traces of both elements.

20. Windows have from time to time depending on temperatures a film that could cause streaks after being cleaned. Please allow the car to cool and then take a microfiber towel and wipe the film off steaks has occurred. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

21. Only services included in your booking authorized by Swedish-American Auto Spa are covered under our service guarantee.

22. Refusal or failure to pay for your service invalidates our service guarantee and any re-detail services or discounts are at the sole discretion of Swedish-American Auto Spa.

23. Swedish-American Auto Spa does not warranty against product defects.

24. Any additional fees will be discussed prior to your service commencing.

25. If you choose to have your vehicle maintained by Swedish-American Auto Spa, an initial full detail is required and you will need to revisit us within 2 months or the next detail will no longer be considered a maintenance detail and you need to start over with a full detail Service to get back to the detail maintenance schedule.

Insurance:

1. The Swedish-American Auto Spa currently holds a valid "General liability insurance" under the laws of the State of California.
   

Communication:

1. Swedish-American Auto Spa may send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide information about the booking.

2. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. Swedish-American Auto Spa is not responsible for any of these potential costs.

3. Swedish-American Auto Spa may provide your order request to any detailer within our network or out of our network to fulfill your request in a timely manner.

4. If the client request an offline booking through text/call or email and not through our online Square booking app, Swedish-American Auto Spa may text or call you directly regarding your booking to schedule your service and submit that information in the booking app manually. Once the booking is confirmed either by text/phone or email, all mentioned herein terms and conditions applies.

5. All inbound and outbound customer service texts/calls/emails may be recorded for quality assurance.

Travel Fees (fuel surcharge):

1. We may charge a small fuel surcharge fee ($6, $8. $10. $12) when traveling outside our immediate service area, see zone map in Services tab.

Changes to Terms and Conditions of Service:

1. Swedish-American Auto Spa has the discretion to update these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about these policies. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this policies periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms:

1. By booking online, offline, purchasing, or requesting our service in person or by phone you signify your acceptance of these policies. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not book online or offline, purchase or make an appointment in person or by phone. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Release of Liability:

1. This Agreement for services is entered into between the (client) and Swedish-American Auto Spa and its owner.

2. From here on the client will be referred as I.

3. The above-mentioned parties hereby agree to the following terms:
   

Damages to Vehicle:

1. I hereby agree that Swedish-American Auto Spa shall not be held liable for any mechanical condition or preexisting conditions such as dents, scratches and; any other preexisting damages to the vehicle’s interior & and;/or exterior nor for the loss or damage of articles/belongings left in vehicle due to, a case of fire, theft, accident, service provided or any other cause beyond Swedish-American Auto Spa’s control.

2. Swedish-American Auto Spa’s is not responsible for damage due to porous and dried up, heavily soiled, stained or damaged interior components, such as dash buttons and steering column buttons and knobs. Such areas may be so caked with dirt, grime, and makeup that cleaning may result in these buttons and knobs losing their markings.

3. Swedish-American Auto Spa’s is not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems when cleaning engine-bays and sunroof/moon-roofs due to areas simply getting wet or moist from the wash/cleaning process. Please make sure your vehicle is in good mechanical/electrical working order. There is no way of knowing of these problems before we begin, so please understand that if issues do arise after our detailing process, we will NOT be held responsible.

4. Swedish-American Auto Spa’s is not responsible for baked-on brake dust that cannot be completely removed either on the surface or deep within the wheel. Some wheels are beyond cleaning and may need to be repaired or replaced.

5. Bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and tar will chemically etch into your vehicle's paintwork if left for a period of time. This will result in a deep chemical mark on the paintwork that may need additional work to safely remove. In some cases, the mark cannot be removed completely without comprising the clear-coat.

6. Swedish-American Auto Spa’s do not dress or coat the plastic running boards on trucks and SUV's or tires of motorcycles, since it may cause a slip hazard. If you request these items to be dressed you accept all liability.

7. Exterior black or grey, textured or smooth trim pieces may be beyond restoring and will have to be replaced. We try our best to restore the plastic to its original color.

8. The headliner is gently cleaned, however there may be remaining stains. The glue used for headliners will start to release if cleaned more

9. It is your responsibility to point out items that are fragile or no longer functional in many cases the damage is not noticeable due to the state of the vehicle prior to detailing. I agree that I am responsible to go over my vehicle with an Swedish-American Auto Spa's affiliate, member, staff, or representative before they leave the premises. I release Swedish-American Auto Spa from any liability pertaining to my vehicle or belongings after they have turned in the keys and/or left the premises or if I cannot be present after completion. I agree that Swedish-American Auto Spa will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, or any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. I understand that my vehicle will be cleaned at my own risk and it must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes and that any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service and I will have to present at least 2 diagnostics and/or price estimates to prove the damage was caused by Swedish-American Auto Spa.
   

Engine-bay, Sunroof/Moon-roofs Cleaning:

1. I hereby agree that Swedish-American Auto Spa shall not be held liable for any problem that may arise if I request Swedish-American Auto Spa to clean or wipe down the engine & and/or engine compartment.

Ozone-O3 Treatment ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS:

1. I hereby freely assume the above-mentioned risks as well as other risks not listed that are part of this O3 treatment, and any harm, injury or loss that may occur to me or my property as a result of my participation in the O3 treatment—including any injury or loss caused by the negligence of Swedish-American Auto Spa, and other participants.

Customer not Present When Service is Completed:

1. I release Swedish-American Auto Spa from any liability pertaining to my vehicle if I cannot be present when the service is completed.

Leaving Keys when not Present:

1. I hereby agree and authorize Swedish-American Auto Spa to leave the keys with a specified person, area of my vehicle, or location if I cannot be present upon completion of services. Swedish-American Auto Spa shall not be held responsible for the vehicle or its keys if it gets stolen or for keys being locked in my vehicle as result of leaving them inside.
   

Wait Time after Completion:

1. I hereby agree that Swedish-American Auto Spa cannot wait more than 15 minutes after I have been notified of completion of services. I also release Swedish-American Auto Spa from any liability pertaining to my vehicle or belongings after they have turned in the keys or left the premises.

Vehicle Operation:

1. I hereby authorize Swedish-American Auto Spa to operate submitted vehicle for the purposes of delivery, service, accommodation for space, inspection or any other reasons deemed necessary at my risk.

Cleaning / Detailing Interior:

1. I hereby authorize Swedish-American Auto Spa if my vehicle's interior is being detailed or cleaned to use a chemical cleaning solution to clean the steering wheel, dash, console and door panels., and to shampoo my seats and/or carpet using the Extraction Method/Wet Method in the submitted vehicle for the purposes of cleaning/detailing the interior at my risk. I also release Swedish-American Auto Spa from any liability pertaining to my vehicle for anything that may arise as result of this or any interior service.

Washing / Detailing Exterior:

1. I hereby authorize Swedish-American Auto Spa if my vehicle's exterior is being detailed or wash to use a chemical cleaning solution to wash the exterior, tires and wheels., and to apply compound, polish or wax or a combination of these by hand or machine applied in the submitted vehicle for the purposes of cleaning/detailing the exterior at my risk. I also release Swedish-American Auto Spa from any liability pertaining to my vehicle for anything that may arise as result of this or any exterior service.

Vehicle's Windshield and Windows:

1. I hereby authorize Swedish-American Auto Spa to wash my vehicle's exterior. I understand that during summer or winter seasons the changes in temperature might cause my windshield or windows  to crack due to temperature changes when water is sprayed or applied. I release Swedish-American Auto Spa from any liability pertaining to my vehicle's windows and windshield for anything that may arise as result of this or any exterior service.

Vehicle Battery:

1. I hereby agree that Swedish-American Auto Spa will have my doors opened to clean vehicle’s interior & could cause my battery to drain; I release them from any liability the battery drain may cause. I hereby agree that Swedish-American Auto Spa might start the and idle the car if necessary and safe to do so to avoid said battery drainage.
   

Ownership:

1. I hereby agree and certify that I am the registered owner of the vehicle submitted to Swedish-American Auto Spa, and/or have authority by the registered owner(s) to submit vehicle to I hereby agree that Swedish-American Auto Spa.

Representations:

1. Authority to Sign: Each party promises to the other party that it has the authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement.

2. Client will Review Work: The Client promises to review the work product, to be reasonably available to the Swedish-American Auto Spa if the Swedish-American Auto Spa has questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.
   

General:

1. Modification(s): Swedish-American Auto Spa reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at anytime without notice. Any changes will not affect already made agreements in an existing booking until after Service completion or a Cancellation.

2. Signatures: The Client and the the Swedish-American Auto Spa ‘signs’ the document and agrees to its terms electronically by; the Client submitting the Booking Online or by 'Email' or 'Phone/Text' and Swedish-American Auto Spa confirms/accepts the Booking.
   

Terms and Termination:

1. This Agreement ends on end of service completion and the Client has inspected the results, unless the Client or the Swedish-American Auto Spa ends the agreement before that time.

2. If one of the parties chooses to end the Agreement prior to project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.

Law:

1. I, the client, hereby agree and certify that any claim or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under California law. In the event of legal action is necessary, I, the client agree to pay the attorney’s fees and court costs.

At this time Swedish-American Auto Spa charges In-person payments for bookings after service rendered. When paying with a credit card we don't keep your card information on-file, to better help you secure your information. That said, should you wish to save your card for future use to pay for e.g, Online bookings, Over the Phone, Recurring bookings (Maintenance details) or Online Invoices, when the card is not present, "card-not-present (CNP)," there is some degree of risk. Please note that all client info is secured via our 3rd party apps security protocols, such as "Square" & "Wix" and Swedish-American Auto Spa are not liable for any information submitted via email, text, online booking system or in person for either one time use or for info that may be kept on file.

By accessing or using the Website or Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Website or Service.

Purchases:

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Swedish-American Auto Spa, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, phone number, address, credit-card info, vehicle info.

Swedish-American Auto Spa may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Swedish-American Auto Spa, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified showing license plates or using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

A person booking with Swedish-American Auto Spa who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to Swedish-American Auto Spa by contacting them in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. Swedish-American Auto Spa will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By booking or by failing to notify Swedish-American Auto Spa in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used by Swedish-American Auto Spa, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Swedish-American Auto Spa from any and all claims involving the use of the cars picture or likeness.

Annual client directory "clean-up" from inactive users of our services.

Every 12 months or at-least past 1 year, we do a data removal from our client directory,

this ensures that we only send updates to people who might still be interested in our services.

If you haven't used our services frequently we assume you have moved on and therefor

there is no need for us to have your information stored in our system.

What this means:

Your client profile e.g, Name, phone no, address, email, and all other data we have on file will be permanently removed from our Directory across all platforms.

All associated transactions will no longer be linked to the client.

Associated subscriptions will be canceled.
